What do we do in the first 30 days?
This example starting plan is adapted to the service scope and the mutually approved schedule.
Discovery and setup
Together, we define goals, review accounts and measurement sources, and identify owners. We clarify the scope and access list.
Planning and first drafts
Depending on the service, we prepare a content calendar, campaign plan or page drafts. Priorities are reviewed with the client.
Approval and implementation
Approved work is implemented. Revisions are collected in one place and scope changes are assessed separately.
Review and next steps
We report completed work and available measurement data, then agree the priorities for the next period together.

Can you migrate my existing store?
We review products, variants, images, existing integrations and page URLs. Transferable data and the migration plan are agreed during discovery.
What is delivered at the end of setup?
We deliver the agreed store design, product/category structure, applicable integrations, launch checklist and management training.
Who owns the accounts?
Advertising, analytics and business accounts remain the client’s property. Our team receives the access needed to deliver the service.
How many revisions can we request?
The revision allowance is specified in your package or custom proposal. Feedback is submitted together; new scope requires a separate plan and fee.
When can we start?
We create the schedule once the scope and starting conditions are clear. Access, content and approvals affect the timeline.
