1. Parties
The seller is MERTCAN ALTUNIŞIK, at Çaybaşı Mahallesi, Furgandede Caddesi, Larende İş Hanı, Floor 5, No. 506, Meram/Konya, email info@altunisikco.com, phone +90 (530) 345 78 01. The buyer’s name or business name, contact and billing details are entered during the order and form an integral part of this agreement.
2. Subject and attachments
This agreement governs the advertising, media, web, software or digital growth service selected electronically by the buyer and the parties’ rights and obligations. The order summary, scope, price, payment plan, brief, delivery schedule and any custom proposal form attachments to the agreement.
3. Fees and payment
The total VAT-inclusive fee and payment schedule are shown in the order summary. Initial and balance payments for milestone projects, and periods and renewal conditions for monthly services, are specified separately. Advertising platform budgets are excluded unless expressly included. Live collection only takes place when the secure PayTR payment flow is active.
4. Starting, cooperation and delivery
Once payment and starting conditions are met, the seller delivers the service according to the agreed schedule. The buyer supplies an accurate brief, access, brand materials and approvals on time. Delays may reasonably extend delivery. Deliverables and revision limits are specified in the scope.
5. Consumer right of withdrawal
Where the buyer is a consumer and no statutory exception applies, they may withdraw within fourteen days of concluding the contract. An exception may arise if service begins before this period ends with the consumer’s prior approval. Early-start requests are obtained separately and explicitly from the general terms.
- Valid withdrawal notice may be given by email or another provable durable method.
- For valid withdrawals, reimbursement is made within the statutory period, appropriately to the payment method used, without cost to the consumer.
- Provisions restricting mandatory consumer rights do not apply.
6. Business buyers
Consumer-specific provisions may not apply to individuals or entities purchasing for commercial or professional purposes. Cancellation after a project starts is calculated under the order attachment, based on completed work, reserved capacity and documented third-party costs.
7. Intellectual property and portfolio use
Usage rights in paid, client-specific deliverables are transferred or licensed under the scope terms. The seller retains rights in pre-existing templates, methods, libraries and infrastructure. Client brands, logos and projects are published in portfolios or promotions only under express contractual permission or separate written approval.
8. Confidentiality and information security
The parties keep non-public commercial information learned during the project confidential. The buyer must not share card data, personal account passwords or unnecessary sensitive personal data. Platform authorisation tools are used for access wherever possible.
9. Results and platform risks
Advertising, sales, visibility, rankings and revenue are not guaranteed. Meta, Google and other third-party policies, account decisions, auctions and algorithms are outside the seller’s control. The seller performs the agreed service with professional care and provides measurable reporting.
10. Notices and disputes
Email addresses supplied in the order are used for operational notices. Mandatory consumer legislation applies to consumer disputes. Business disputes are governed by the contract, Turkish law and applicable jurisdiction rules.
