2. Service and order summary

The service’s main characteristics, scope, deliverables, revision limits, starting conditions and total VAT-inclusive price are shown in the checkout order summary and scope attachment. Live payment does not begin before these fields are completed.

3. Price and payment

The order summary clearly shows the one-off, milestone or monthly payment type; the VAT-inclusive amount due today; any subsequent payment conditions; and whether third-party ad spend is included. PayTR is the payment intermediary; ALTUNIŞIK Co. does not store card information.

4. Performance and delivery

Service starts after payment approval, receipt of the required brief and materials, and completion of any service-specific conditions. Estimated start and delivery dates are stated in the order attachment or proposal. Client delays may affect the schedule.

5. Right of withdrawal

For consumer distance purchases of services, unless an applicable exception applies, the consumer may withdraw within fourteen days of concluding the contract without giving a reason. Notice may be sent by email or another durable medium as a clear statement.

• A statutory exception may apply where performance begins before the withdrawal period ends with the consumer’s prior approval.
• Where the right of withdrawal applies, reimbursement is made within the statutory period after receipt of notice, using an appropriate method for the original payment and without cost to the consumer.
• Consumer-specific withdrawal provisions may not apply to buyers acting for commercial or professional purposes. Cancellation terms are specified in the order and service agreement.

6. Requests and disputes

Requests and complaints may be sent to info@altunisikco.com or +90 (530) 345 78 01. Consumers may apply to consumer arbitration committees or consumer courts within applicable monetary limits and jurisdiction rules. For business transactions, competent authorities are determined by the agreement and legislation.

7. Electronic approval

Before pressing the payment button, the buyer can read this form and see that the order creates a payment obligation and that a durable copy matching the order will be provided. The accepted document version is linked to the order and payment record.
